Crescent Beach Resort

This is an amazing choice for somebody who’s looking for some time away at the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean, but nothing overly fancy. Tons of access to the lake off the long dock, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing, beach, and floating trampoline - it’s everything you would want in a place! Don’t debate it, just make the reservation.

Our family love the crescent beach family resort! Truly is the best location that we (34) love return to year after year. The staff do all the can so that all guest have a wonderful time! This year has been so tough with loss but the team did all they could to allow us to enjoy our time without any issues. Huge shout out to Jon, Jen, and Shelly for all you have done! We love seeing you and pray we can join you again next year!!

Stayed over 4th of July week as a convenient location for a nearby family reunion. Overall it suited us very well. On a trial basis all amenities were provided gratis, which we didn't probably take full advantage of considering how much time we spent offsite, but very welcome to not feel nickel & dimed. The beach was of questionable value this year due to very high water, certainly not attributable to the venue. But we did use the water trampoline, the playground (with awesomely throwback 80's era features), and mini golf. The continental breakfast was respectable and well staffed. Great to have that option onsite. The unit was well cleaned, and comfortable with kids in the smaller side and parents in the larger side. The bathrooms are from an earlier era, pretty small but function

Our group has been going to Okoboji the week after Labor Day for over 30 years. We had always stayed at The Inn, and were disappointed when it was torn down last year. In looking for a new place to stay, Crescent seemed to fulfill our needs so we made reservations. The office staff was extremely helpful and even made the comment that they understood our loyalty to The Inn but felt certain we'd be happy at Crescent. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT, and we all expressed that we wished we'd discovered it sooner. The Lakeside Suite was more than ample with two rooms (each having a queen-size bed plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room), and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Instead of a "dorm" refrigerator, there was a full-sized; and since we take provisions for the week, there was plenty of room

We stay at Crescent Beach Lodge every year. It is the best place to stay in Okoboji. West Lake Okoboji is the nicest lake in the area, and Crescent Beach is on the west side of West Lake Okoboji, the more peaceful and more beautiful side of the lake. (The East side of West Lake is very busy, with Arnold's Park amusement park, many shops and restaurants, and traffic and crowds during the summer.) ||Crescent Beach is right next to a nature preserve and woods, and just down the road from the beautiful wooded Gull Point State Park, which is right across the street from the nature preserve. When I'm here I walk in the woods in Gull Point State Park and in the nature preserve every day, and I usually swim on the beach at Crescent Beach Lodge or at Gull Point state park. ||There is a fire pit o
