Rodeway Inn Kingston Springs

Good motel for the price. I want to thank the front desk lady for being so helpful. I mistakenly left a cooler full of breastmilk in the fridge in our room. Two hours of driving later, I realize that I had left it. I called the front desk and she arranged things so that my husband could stop by to pick up the cooler on his way back later that night. He was able to do that and I am SO THANKFUL!!!

First room was extremely dirty with Roaches,TV did not work,2nd room was clean but TV did not work,heater leaked puddles of water every night was told had no towels for containing water spread,only given 1towel and no wash cloths for bathing the full week,TV did not work in this room either for the first 6days. Toilet over flowed twice first and 2nd night. Had to go to local store to purchase towels and wash clothes. Thin bedspread only on bed.Asked for refund after initial check-in and seeing the bugs and filth but was denied. Have not gotten my $50 refund back that I was supposed too. It was terrible experience and we travel very often and have many friends and family that does as well with our recommendations of where to stay. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this establishment

Positive: Beds were clean, plumbing all worked Negative: Hair on a towel. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker not cleaned. 55? TV fed from ?80s CATV distribution system. Smell of smoke and ash settling everywhere as A/C ran.

My room is was gross. There was hair stuck on a nail to one of the baseboards. My towels were less than clean - same for my pillows. The bottom of my tun had a hole in it that was tactfully covered with some type of laminate material. There was rust on the walls. And despite being a nonsmoking motel, the room reeked of smoke and deodorizer. The tv in the room my kids were staying in didn’t work. The guy who came to fix it was wearing a wife beater and wave cap — None of us know who he was except for the badge he was wearing. THEN! THEN! there was a random pit bull tied up in a doorless shed with a “beware of dog” sign on it. I won’t be going to another one of your motels.

Needed a hotel on last minutes notice while travelling home. Now I've seen better looking motels but the rooms themselves were very clean and fresh smelling no bugs no pet odor no smoking odors. The people that own this motel are super as well just really great people. And it has it own little alcohol store which is awesome. Oh and did I mention it's budget friendly at that? Less than 100 dollars per night, really a great deal and I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again on my travels, highly recommended.
