Relax Inn - Open

Room old not the problem. Stayed 3 nights first night really tired shower strange but good water pressure and plenty of hot water second night noticed a couple of roaches. Got up that morning and roaches running all over my front step. As I’m writing this I have my door open and watching roaches running all around. If you are thinking of staying here your better off in your car or truck.

I recently encountered a situation where the front desk person appeared to be sleeping during my visit. This negatively impacted the service, causing delays and frustration. i was calm and advice her don’t work hard . some times it happens for hard work and stress.I recommend addressing this issue to ensure a more attentive and efficient customer experience in the future.

My advice ...before paying for a room, drive behind the office to where the rooms are and take a good look at how the parking lot is kept.This will give you a clearer picture of the rooms. Nice strong showers and the air worked good. And that's all I have to say!

Has bed bugs and the lady won't refund . I showed her a picture of bed bugs and she said she still didn't have bugs . I only stayed a night there after finding bed bugs and finished my vacation at the hotel next to them at the quality inn . I called the better business bureau so they should be getting a visit soon after I sent them pictures of the bugs in the room and I also knocked on the doors of the guests there and informed them of the bug situation. The owner needs to get bugs out of her hotel before she gets shut down . So glad. Home though now .

I ried to stay there but the tv didnt and the room was dirty. The lady was very hateful and I ask for my money back she said she would credit my card. When I called her back 5 days later to ask fir my money she lied and she she had credit it back. I told her she had not and she hung up on me. What a dump. Dont stay bere
