Rodeway Inn Belleville

The hotel is the only hotel I usually book to stay because I am a business owner who has big conventions. This time it was fine bugs and both my husband and I could not sleep at all. After bringing this to the attention of the owner, she clearly stated there was nothing she could do and she apologize. We ask if we could be compensated not by cash or points but have a different room that is clean for another night. Approximately 12,000 points were wasted at the hotel that had bugs crawling all over inside of the room. This is my first time experiencing this situation with roadway inn. Both myself and my husband had to throw out all of our clothing. We are federal agents under OSHA. Thank You, Angela Tait

The hotel was adequate for the price but it’s definitely not fancy…I’m not sure I’d bring my family there. They did have free ************ running nonstop, which I guess you’d call that an amenity. It served the purpose I needed it to. Not horrible

Stayed at this hotel for a short visit. Room was clean, staff was polite, and the stay felt calm and comfortable overall.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is good and everything it’s close by. I always stay there for one night and so far no issues.

The manager was not nice at all. Very rude and not willing to compensate for dirty rooms. Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here. Save yourself the money and time. Bed felt crumby and gross. Manager did not want to refund. Customer service is horrible here. Horrible area and unsafe. Rooms look like they are not cleaned and sterilized properly. .
