I am a very frequent customer here for many years! My only complaints are the front desk receptionists and the changing of the prices every time I go there. It went from $120 during the week and $140 on weekends. Then it was $99 which I was paying any day of the week, then it switched to $120 for a double bed which I always get and paid every time and from one day to the next I’m being told $140. So that’s kind of an issue, there needs to be set prices for longer than a month. There are 2 women, one whom always looks miserable and can be nasty at times and the other one is very rude doesn’t like to do her job so she will hang a sign stating there are no rooms available when i can clearly see there is. Is always lounging back on a chair and huffs and puffs if she has to get up and attend to

Room was clean, staff was kind and helpful, and it was very easy to check in. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. Great place to stay close to the Stadium with sandwich shops and other conveniences right across the street. We had an issue with one of our room keys on the morning of our check-out and the ice machine was out of order, but those were the only drawbacks to an otherwise very nice stay. Would definitely come again if we're back in the area!

Most of the things in the room and the bathroom were good. The rest was disappointing! The key for the room kept on getting demagnetized. It happened two times. I went to the front desk had the card-key re-magnetized and they told me that some things in my wallet would demagnetize the card key. I told the receptionist I had been to other hotels before and I never had this problem with the card-key and I put them in the same wallet. They're not going to tell me something is white when I know that it's black. As far as the AC. and the heat goes things did not look right and I have attachments to prove it. Wanted to turn off the AC. because the air was getting cold and it just wouldn't shut off at all! The room had no window at all and it was hard to tell if it was day or night! I wouldn't c
