Rockin H RV Ranch

I had a wonderful experience at Rockin H RV ranch in Sanger Texas. Conveniently located to shopping and employment. Affordable Hassle free living. Free laundry. Space for pets to walk. Nearby storage. Clean facility with people who are kind. I stayed 15 months. Great internet service. Management was kind and caring. Nearby storage facility as well. Five minutes from Lake Ray Roberts Marina. Thanks Kim!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Sanger. Out in the country near the lake where at night you can look up and see all the stars and planets as if they were sparkling diamonds on black velvet. But close enough to town for food and supplies. It's a very quiet and peaceful park with very large spaces and plenty of room between your neighbors. The spaces are long and wide enough that you could park 4 vehicles and your RV if you wanted to. Did I mention free washing and drying? Plus there is a huge open space/park type area with picnic tables near the washer/dryer room. Great place for your pets and yourself to unwind. Kim and her husband take great care of this park!! You could not meet better people. Ask Kim about the high speed internet that's available. Plus they only charge you the act

Great place to stay ! Less than a mile from the lake Ray Roberts marina, and two boat ramps. 2 miles from town, 10 from Denton. It's quite clean and well kept. The manager is a very nice lady. And the other guests are also very nice. I was sad to leave.

Clean, quiet, well-maintained. Kim is very nice makes the application and move in process easy. Affordable too! We've been here 2 months now and plan on staying as long as we can!

Brand new Rv Park in Sanger Texas. Clean/new large gravel sites and laundry room. Basic amenities but ok/fine to live if you work full time, etc. $500 per month + actual electric costs / individual meter reading monthly. Water and sewer are included $50 monthly high speed internet is also available. Some dog owners are not good at picking up poop after their own dogs, however the owners are working on fixing this and hopefully it won't be a problem anymore! The Owners are very nice and a lot better at running a business/ Rv Park than over at the KOA Sanger /Denton Texas, where most of the monthly full time RV customers were asked to leave with little or no notice!
