Clear Creek RV Park

One of the best campgrounds I have been in. Only amenities is the laundry room, but that is all I need. Peggy was SUPER! Many challenges for me this Jan & Feb and she helped wherever she could. It really helped. The country surroundings are outstanding and so peaceful. Was here from 1-1 to 4-21-25 for seasonal work. And the fresh eggs available are a great bonus!

We stayed at the park for approximately 3 months. I do not recommend this property. The park is nice enough, but not as quiet as it seems, traffic going by on Duck Creek breaks the peace and quiet. The shooting range down the hill can cause problems with your pets. Management seems nice enough at first, but quickly changes if you speak out about concerns with any neighbors that “have been here a long time. Never any trouble”. We were told to find a new place to live after we brought up a concern about a neighbor lurking around our daughter’s RV multiple times. It wasn’t until this concern was brought up that management said anything about any concerns regarding us, and in the same phone call, told us to find another place to live. I've been here over 3 years now and I love it. The owners are the nicest people ever, it's quiet, people are friendly it's close to town. Never had any issues ever staying here I recommend clear creek rv to everyone...

Small quiet place out in the farm country of Sanger. They have 3 washers and dryers that run on 2 bucks each cycle, which is a god deal for laundry. Nice newer clean machines, they only take quarters, no change machine or cards can be used. Staid for 3 months and every one was quiet and respectful. No fire pits, picnic tables, or showers, which was a little weird, but we managed. Good place for long term stays otherwise.
