Roami at The Adagio

Worst Airbnb experience I have ever had. We got here after a long flight hoping to relax and the elevator is broken. This would be no problem is we didn’t have 6 suitcases and our room was the penthouse. We waited 5 hours for the elevator to get fixed but nothing was happening. Went up to the room by climbing 15 flights of stairs. We called them to see when it is going to be fixed surprise it have been broken for over 24 hours. We ask to be moved to a different location and all they can do is cancel our reservation. Will never book with them again.

The view was impeccable but the building and the rooms are a bit outdated. They need to be updated and there are scuffs and just dirt in different parts of the interior. The biggest issue was they have a ROACH problem. We saw one the first night and contacted them they said they’d send somebody but nobody came for 48 hours. The next day we saw 10 more roaches and found roach gel in the cabinets. They have a roach problem and are putting people in the unit. We had someone with a roach allergy so we had to leave the property. Overall decent property but for the price point it’s a bit overrated and overpriced.

We had an Incredible stay at Roami @ the current! the view is breathtaking! It was nice and quiet and out of our 5 day stay we only met one neighbor which made it feel very private! Our needs for a pack and play for our baby was met and they also added a highchair without us even asking for it! We are looking forward to coming again soon!

Stayed with friends for a few days. The location is great and the view is amazing. The sound system didn’t work and we were told it was disconnected bc they don’t want to disturb the neighbors. Overall we enjoyed the place but it needs a little attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, found a lot of hair throughout the house and the glass around the rail upstairs. Couch is uncomfortable and the furniture seems cheap overall, doesn’t match the place

I am very disappointed with the apartment. It’s full of dust and unclean. I couldnt sleep at night sneezing. We are missing cushions for the balcony, we cannot seat down. the toaster burns. same with the pans they are disgusting and burnt. the “gym” is absolutely a joke. DISGUSTING, no air conditioning, it smells like death. It’s so unsanitary the Sanitation Department wouldn’t approve for use. Gym looks NOTHING like the photo’s advertised.
