We’ve been here almost a month and I have zero complaints. The bathrooms have always been clean, the grounds are well kept daily, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Specifically Jennifer in the office. She’s gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and answer any questions we have. There is onsite laundry with quarter exchange in the office which is a huge plus for us as most campgrounds either don’t have change machines or they’re always out of order. My 2 kids have enjoyed the playground and clubhouse amenities. There are several stores within walking distance from the park. Lots of good town stuff to do within a 10 minute drive. Also, the VIEW is amazing!
I stayed for a week because work brought me threw Utah, they made me get on some monthly plan like its a privlage to get into a back in spot.My job soon said your needed in Arizona so I relocated my camper and called there office and mentioned I paid $800 basically to stay 1 week not a month do I get anything back? They said nope no refunds, I highly recommend you pass up this place and go to the koa in Salt lake they will work with you, this place kept all that $$ even though there park is at like 40% capacity, anyone that keeps your money for services not given are a bunch of crooks and thieves in my book,do not stay here! My message to the wealthy owners is if you need to keep the money from a struggling working man paying to work remotely and for his families home out of state ,keep it
We were quite impressed with the Springville Provo KOA! The office staff were very welcoming. The long pull-through sites were level, tucked under beautiful leafy tall green trees, and campers are treated to gorgeous views of the nearby Wasatch Mountain Range. The campground was trash-free The heated outdoor pool was sparkling clean as were the bathroom and shower facilities. The showers were huge and the water was nice and hot. We complimented the person who happened to be cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom and shower areas and she replied, "Thank you! I take a lot of pride in my work!" We walked 800 ft to the Denny's across the street for dinner and enjoyed the BEST service with Sheri and Josette that we have ever experienced at a Denny's - the food was excellent! We will definitely
One of the best KOA sites we've visited across the country. The amenities are great! A pool, playground and clubhouse for adults and kids. The restrooms and showers are clean, washers and dryers are available. It's a nice quiet place for being just off the freeway. Located just 1 exit ( 5 minutes) from local shopping. Gas station and liquor store just a short walk off site. Management and maintenance are friendly and were available for any needs we had. It would've been nice to have the clubhouse open a bit later each day, but otherwise a wonderful site and we enjoy it! Keep up the great work!
The vibe here is family friendly, and quiet. Peaceful and just laid back, the clubhouse and pool are really nice after a long day. I've stayed at many different campgrounds, but this one has the best bathrooms I've ever seen. 10/10 cleanliness. Nice sites, nice view, and activities like bowling and arcade games... Well worth the stop. They also have an ice chest and sell 7lb bags. Not many keep the ice chest around ☠️ Would recommend to a anyone 😎🤙
