Riverwalk Place

Riverwalk is just a beautiful location. The people here are just so kind and friendly. The office staff is always there willing to help. The gift shop lady are all so amazing at there job. From stopping just what they were doing just to help out a little girl with a Christmas present to just having a chic chat with a shopper. The waitress and bartender were fast and polite. I will be coming back to this place soon.

Room was beautiful, and clean. The restaurant staff was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. The shop was cute and so full of little gems. I had a deep tissue massage and and pedicure. The staff was friendly and so proficient. I was part of a bridal party of 8 people and We all had the best time. Definitely suggest them for such an occasion.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the sleeping arrangements (2 queen beds) were satisfactory. The furniture showed some wear. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The facility has on site dining, but it is not open for breakfast (it would be nice if it were since only continental breakfast is provided.) A spa is also located on the premises. I did not get a chance to use it. A boutique is also on site. The clothing is very nice and of good quality but pricey (but I did purchase an item.) Our check-in was ok, but only one person was at the desk, so we had to wait until they were finished with a phone call helping someone before we were checked in. The location is great, and the restaurant was nice overall. However, the TV in our room was broken, and there was no one at the front desk after we checked in. There was an after-hours number posted, which we didn’t call and that part was on us. But for a higher-end hotel that is not inexpensive, I would figure the room would have been checked, especially since our reservation was made several hours in advance. I was told we’d receive a call about the issue, but we never heard anything. It’s just a dumb issue, but I’m more irritated that there wasn’t more concern to make it right.

My husband and I went to the restaurant inside the Riverwalk Place. The place was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Their food choices were great and we both enjoyed our food. My husband had roast beef and I had the spicy chicken appetizer.
