Riverview Inn

Years ago I noticed this property was derelict and neglected and thought, "How cool would it be if somebody restored this place and reopened it?" The renovation does not disappoint. Riverview Inn is clean and very cool. The staff were very helpful with a minor snag checking in, and the rate was excellent. The room I had just above the office is really nice. I'd recommend this stay 10 out of 10.

Riverview Inn is a fantastic gem that I hope many people will experience on their next trip to Colonial Beach, VA. The rooms are clean and reflect a charming 1950's vibe. Staff is terrific and goes out of their way to address all needs and wants. I would give it 10 Stars if that was possible.

Our stay at the Riverview Inn was amazing. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with any question or concern we had. My friend and I stayed here for a short little getaway and had such a wonderful time! They also had a list of tons of local vendors and restaurants, and each and every place we went was wonderful! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway near the beach (it’s in walking distance) with some really friendly staff, this is the place to go!

This was such a neat, unique place. Everything done in retro and looks like the 1950’s. It’s decorated beautifully and tastefully. The bathroom’s especially cool with a pedestal sink and tiled shower. Would highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at the Riverside Inn a couple times now. It’s so quaint, the rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated so nice! The location is great! I love the staff, they are so kind and have great suggestions of things to to all within walking distance.
