Be sure to ask all details. They will hide and keep money from you. I stayed here 1 week paid for the minimum of what they asked for. Which was $525. When the week was up I was pulling out and asked for the remaining money back which was $465.02 the landlord said no refunds. While I was parked he had a concrete slab poured next to me and splashed concrete on my trailer, drain hose, drain hose holders, and tire covers. Over $350 of damage to my trailer. Never offered to reimburse or replace. This place will steal money from you, and will be sued for the rest of our money back. It is new and are always asking for suggestions of how to make it better. We move around a lot for work, this was our 7th park in the last 4 months and by far it was one of our favorites. The people are seriously so nice and are putting in a lot of work to make the park great, as it is new. They were very involved, always checking to see if everything was okay and it was never too much. They weren’t pushy and didn’t do anything shady. If we needed anything or if any work for the park was being done they always let us how it was going to all be done and what was happening ahead of time and asked if we were okay with it. We really enjoyed the area we were in with everything, but especially having a dog was no problem. With getting a new job in a different town we did have to leave earlier than we thought but we weren’t sure exactly when. When we let the owner know

Not good people after all, we were asked to pay a month and a half in advance, we had to departure early due to an emergency and at every other RV park we have stayed around the U.S. including several ones in Texas we were reimbursed if we paid in advance and only charged for the time stayed. Not this one. Do not trust these people.

Beautiful park,always clean water,light,trash and internet is in cluded for the same price bills are high and owner never complains or ask for more rent.
