Great staff the key would not open our door the lady came to help still didn't work so she gave us another room that a key did work on very thankful cause we were there for a funeral service and we had already driven 9 1/2 hours. So thank you for caring about your customers.

Shower door kept sliding open. It would not stay closed. The wall in the bathroom facing toilet was stained and dirty. There was no tv guide list. I could not find local tv channels. The landline phone did not have a ringtone and I couldn’t connect to front desk. The room did not FEEL clean.

Positive: Nothing ? Negative: The floor the water the staff the room itself I had to change rooms three times because of no air conditioning ridiculous the stuff goes in and checks your towels and checks continuously everything which is ridiculous my son had an accident..

The room was not clean, there was a very old cookie left on one of the cabinets. Also, hairs in the toilet. Breakfast was still frozen. When I asked they told me it was going to take long before it defrost.

Room 101 – Accessible Room Observations: TV Functionality: The TV near the entrance did not seem to work. It would be helpful to provide user manuals in both English and Spanish for operating the TVs, remotes, and any other electronic devices in the room. Bed Linens: It appears that the sheets and pillowcases were not changed, only rearranged — and not very well. We noticed they were not properly tucked in or spread out. Based on our previous hotel experiences, it is standard and expected that the linens be changed daily, even if the same guests are staying in the room. Lighting: The room lacked sufficient lighting. We recommend adding more lamps with working bulbs, as better illumination was definitely needed. Living Area Bed: Another point to consider is asking the guest if they are o
