Rivershore Motel & Cottages

This cute, recently remodeled motel feels likes it's tucked a way but is really right in the middle of "where it's happening" in the Daytona Beach area. Directly across the street from the beach and within a short ride of all major events. We even went from here to Disney World in Orlando in about 1.5 hours and came back to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. Our room was very comfortable. Everything is new and clean. We were told there are cottages available too. All rooms and cottages have kitchens. We'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Stayed for a week here in July. Very friendly service and very convenient to get to the beach which was just over the street. Room was well appointed and clean, parking was just outside my room. The manager Lance was friendly and very helpful in my questions about places to eat and things to see while here. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone who wants a quiet stay in Daytona beach shores.

We were recently driving through Daytona Beach on our way to south Florida, where we live. We were looking for a place to stay on the beach and happened to see the Rivershore cottages and thought they looked really cute. We went in and really liked what we saw, so decided to spend the night. We had a very pleasant stay: the unit was clean and comfortable & it was great to have the use of a kitchen - we usually don't find that. The beach was very accessible - just across the street. And it was a great beach. We had dinner at one of the nearby restaurants & had our very own breakfast in bed the next morning.

These cottages more than motel, is close to everything..located in Daytona Shores just minutes south of Daytona Beach..offer a great place for a great rate..the units have a full size kitchen ,sitting room with TV and sofa bed...this stay is excellent for a family..beach access is across the street with Dairy Queen&,Denny's, next door, Red Lobster within walking distance..I gave the Rivershore 4stars not 5 because the room with reservations was not available to us ,we had to wait several hours to check in and I feel we lost most of the day ....Also for a 2 night stay they had no housekeeping...
