Rivers Edge RV Park

Beautiful park with RV sites and cabins. Nice pavilion. Folks are friendly and welcoming. The lady that runs this place is wonderful!! It is very quiet and comfortable here. There are a bunch of peacocks on the property also

This park has level grounds, concrete pads, picnic tables, 30/50 hook-ups, sewer hookups at each site. This park can accommodate the big rigs. Many other RVers brought their boats and trucks. There is plenty of room to spread around. Cell service is only available on the dock. We could not get a phone call or text at our site. Internet was also very slow. We brought our Mifi, and it was a paper weight all week. This park is family and pet friendly. I'd encouraged you to bring bug spray and a fogger. It's a rustic area. The bath house and laundry room areas are very worn. There is not a lot to do as far as amenities. We tried fishing off the dock. However, we rented a boat offsite & visited the surrounding areas. This park is undergoing a change from the former Scrufty's days.

I don’t normally write reviews but I rented a nearby home on the water that over booked and didn’t let us know. We showed up at 7:30pm and had no where for my family to stay. I called all around. One other place answered out of the 7 I called on the river and they were booked. RIVERS EDGE was a little bit north of where I planned to stay but I gave them a call and Rudy answered right away. He let me know what rentals were available and without hesitation said come on over they would take care of us. We showed up 30 minutes later and Rudy was waiting for us at 8:45pm on a Friday at the office. I asked if it would be an issue if I changed to the larger cottage rental last second, no problem at all. You don’t find service like this now days and you definitely don’t find it at the rates that

We stay here 6 months out of a year. Wonderful place and people. Access to St John's River if you have a boat. Love it here.

The grounds are kept clean ,and the dock is great with a fish cleaning area. Check the weather for Lake George first as it gets choppy at times. But it also gets calm and glassy. The tent camping area was nice and has one power outlet for your air mattress,ect. Everyone was nice and waved. Close to Welaka
