Rivers Edge RV Park

Wonderful park! We stayed here for 7 months, March thru September, for medical care in Phoenix. The owner is an awesome woman, very friendly. helpful and caring. The park is quiet, the full time and part time guests are friendly but respectful of your privacy. Beautiful shady trees and a lush green lawn (rare for Arizona!). Nice clubhouse with a big screen TV. Very dog friendly, with many places to walk with your dogs. We hated to leave and would love to come back anytime!

The spot we had in the park for new years was perfect, Joyce went above and beyond even letting us borrow some scissors to trim Yetis bangs.. We would definitely recommend this place..

I was extremely pleased with my recent stay. Joyce is amazing and was very understanding and compassionate when we had an emergency and had to leave earlier than expected. My wife and I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyone and everyone is your friend. We both commented several times that our stay felt like going home between her and the other long-term renters we ended up in the middle of. Debbie, Tom, and Blaine that'd be you.

Absolute peace... There are many parks in this area. You pay high dollar and are just treated like a customer, get in get out .. your neighbors half the time are on drugs or drunks.. but Rivers Edge is different. You feel safe , you feel at home, Miss Joyce makes you feel like one of her own . This is the absolute best place to stay if you want tranquility, no BS, no drama, just feels like home.

I have to tell you that the owner Joyce is amazing. So I'm moving there in a few weeks from Phoenix and can't wait to meet new people. Joyce was kind enough to reserve a spot for me in two weeks. I'm thinking that I might stay for a year but time tells all. Monthly rent is cheap. When I went to check out the available spaces I met 2 women that live there and both were super friendly. Time to start another chapter and have fun. I'll update this post in a few months and let you all know how it's going. Update: My new surroundings are peaceful with birds chirping. Landscaping is kept up very well and the clubhouse is beautiful. Some people (new friends) are leaving for the summer so spaces are available. Everyone is very friendly here.
