Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort

Good dog park dirt only but grass too hard to grow there. Level RV spot. Plenty of laundry machines & coin machine. Office was friendly. Any bad reviews prior to my stay are irrelevant as they have different staff, big laundry & convenient restaurant next door. Pet park had empty trash & plenty of poop bags. Yes javalinas can be in the area but they have fencing. We were safe. Would stay again.

We only stayed one night in our way to Sedona. Pluses: very easy to find, site was a decent sized pull through (#25), showers and laundry are in the office building, which has a spacious living area. Pet friendly. The check in person was very nice. ||There are lots of trees around and the pool looked nice. It appears there are a lot of long term residents, but no problems with that. ||Not so great: the dog park was a fenced dirt area and the garbage can (standard size) in the dog run was completely full. They did provide dog waste bags. The showers had decent pressure and were clean but the changing area for each was smaller than the shower itself. Black Canyon Rv Resort was a great place to stay in my camper while working in Phoenix Arizona. Quiet, peaceful, and away from the city. On 30 minutes away from Phoenix. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff is amazing. Laundry mat right next door. Very clean RV site.

This place is great. We came for the weekend and ended up booking for a month. The staff was great and this place was well kept. The pool is amazing and has ruined all other pools for me. They keep it at the perfect temperature and the clubhouse and pool are always kept clean. This park may be a little pricey compared to others. But they really do all the little things to keep everything looking nice and is worth the few extra bucks. We will be back.
