My Hubby and I live here. We love it here. Everyone is so nice and welcomed us! We have a private beach and dock. Awesome! The manager takes great care of the property and her tenants. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else here in Bullhead City.

Such a great place to live. The Park manager is awesome, and the residents are all some of the nicest kindest people you will ever meet. Its just an all around honest place full of honest people. I wouldn't want to live any where else in bullhead.
