My wife and I love this Small house and RV gated community. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful of others. The staff are great and try to make the guests and residents' stays enjoyable. Year around activities, including two pools, jacuzzi, game room, club house, full woodshop, library, and exercise room. A special shout-out to one of the maintenance workers. Although I do not remember his name (or his wife's), he has been there almost two years. He is extremely friendly and appears to do a great job.

The location was really quite upscale looking. I stayed for a shorter visit than expected, and could NOT get a refund, only future credit. That was a frustration, and seemed unfair, as they were not busy, did not loose a booking because of us leaving earlier than expected. Staff was very kind and helpful, but office hours were short during the summer (which is when I stayed there). I stayed in my RV travel trailer, and the spots were very nice and super clean. But not labeled as well as I thought they should be. Spot labels were not very visible from the road. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Arrived and place is gated with no one at gate. Fortunately it was open during the day but did see at least two others arrive during my time and they couldn't get in. Not sure if there is a call box or not or if you have to call on the phone to get entrance, even if you have a reservation. Just something to be aware of and maybe check procedure before arrival. Unhooked at registration then was escorted to site then given ride back to toad. Much of resort are park model homes but back end of resort are RVs. Site was a pull in that was cement bordered by varied colored stones. You park your toad in the stones. Very attractive and was on side overlooking valley so great view outside front window. Site level, hookups were great. Water pressure good, electric stable. Didn't use their cable. Wif

My wife and really like this place, so much that we purchased an RV lot and are building a casita. This is a very nice gated RV resort with two pools, hot tub, pickle ball courts, game room, wood shop, crafts shop, lots of activities and more. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Most spots have terrific views of the Colorado River and/or surrounding mountains. Access to off-road trails from the property. Linda and her team are very friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Linda provides thorough and consistent communications so we feel connected even when we are away traveling. We have enjoyed meeting all of the residents and guests. A hidden gem.

My wife and I spent the winter, December through March inclusive, and really enjoyed it. The park is smaller than most, well maintained, has really nice amenities and we had lots of room between sites. The staff were really helpful and no problems at all when working with them. The amenities were excellent for the size of the park and were always clean and well maintained as I said. In fact the pool and hot tub were closed on occasion for maintenance. There were plenty of activities if you wished to participate. We enjoyed a number of them and met many nice people through them and just in the park in general. The only negative if I had to pick one, this was not under the control of the staff or campsite, and that was the wind. It does blow in the winter, worse in December and January, and y
