Just a large gravel lot with 30 full hookups sites. No bathrooms showers or any amenities except a dumpster. Good view of the river and dog park across the street. Park is run by the city back in unhook and go to the city office to pay.
Brand new. New electric, sewer, and water. Great water pressure. Fairly quiet, has a train 2 or 3 times a day, but not too bad. Close to the River and stores.
Straight forward lease and good people
Cool place would recommend
