Riverfront Campground & Canoe

Absolutely fantastic!!!! We have been staying with riverfront for about 6 years now and can say enough good things. The staff are friendly and fun loving. This year the updated the River Front Lodge, and let me tell you it is amazing!!! No way anyone would not be impressed!!!! Great people Great place, we look forward to staying here for many more years to come!

Clean and quiet campground. Has a heated pool and hot tub, along with good phone service everywhere which was nice. Seems very family friendly, though we went later in the season, so we could've just been at a not-so-busy time. The showers/bathrooms were clean (and no extra charge).. bathroom stalls were weirdly small/shallow (my feet stuck out under the door and I'm pretty short).. There were plenty of showers and toilets, so no wait which again was nice. Staff all seemed very friendly and welcoming. All in all, great experience and Shellie the bus driver was spectacular! We got a little lost (....maybe more than a little) and she really saved us!

Had a family gathering at one of their newer cabins and it was really wonderful. Very spacious for the 15 of us. It had lots of kitchen space with everything we needed and some great outdoor space. Everyone had their own bed too. Loved it so much and it made our gathering well remembered. We did a float as well one day and enjoyed the pool area also. Staff was great and our stay was wonderful! Definitely will return! Thanks Riverfront!

The Lodge is newly remodeled and looks awesome l. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We’ve stayed here for years and it’s always a wonderful time.

We’ve been going to this place for more than 10 years, and this year, as we always do for the 4th of July, we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. During the party they had on July 5th, they didn’t allow our kids to set off small firecrackers they had brought. But that same night of the party, our kids were lighting some, and one of the security guards came over very upset, yelling and telling them that if they didn’t stop, he would kick us out that same night. This security guard needs another job because he left our children scared for the entire night. We told him that there were other people who had been there since the day before doing the exact same thing, and we never saw him say anything to them.
