River View RV Park and Resort

Well maintained. The park is older but clean. There are caretakers fixing things and picking up garbage. Full hook-ups, pool and hot tub, store and the ladies in the office are very helpful. There is a great view of the Mississippi and a mile plus of walking trails next to the river. You are just a quick drive accross the river from Natchez, MS. There is plenty to see and do there. The Cafe is super close and was great for breakfast. I think itvwould have been great for lunch and dinner (buffet)!

All we expected and more! Easy in and out, we chose a pull through and it was great! Well kept property and plenty of room for the big rigs (ours is 35ft 5th wheel) on nice concrete pads. Lawn areas are nice with benches or swings under the shade trees with view of the river. Great walking path runs the river and plenty wide. Dog park area is roomie and easy walk from any of the spots. Great playground although not many children during our Labor Day stay. Nice pool but we didn’t use. Several miles off the highway so very quiet park, no traffic noise at all. No grills at spots but picnic tables at each. Internet worked fine all day for our college football watching outside. Already have another reservation set to return. Don’t wait, book now!!!

Great campground. We stay here often with our motor home. Love being able to stay on the banks of the Great Mississippi and watch the barges float by all day and night .

We stayed 7 days at the RV campground. Very good place to stay. Well worth the visit & stay. River View I’d in Visalia, Louisiana right on the Mississippi River. Great location to go across the MS/LA Bridge to visit Natchez, Mississippi on the other side of the river. We were there during Early December.

RV park overcharged my stay, I was informed it cost $35 per day and a military discount, however the charge was $50 it’s no military discount discount. The management was very unfriendly. I do not recommend this RV park, especially for military.
