River Park Estates RV Park 55+

Landscape is much like an overgrown swamp land. Has its charms if you are a beaver 🦫 😉 great place to live if you love being dragged in to court for wrongful eviction(I won) some of the neighbors treat the place like an insane asylum yet others treat it like the gun slinging wild wild west. Only way to have any privacy is to build a fortress with privacy screen and wood to keep crazy people from looking in your windows. The best part is that the park is always busy with busy bodies snooping. Sadly the unfortunate park manager is not allowed to address these matters so we are all left to deal with the chaos our selves. Some people stay ONLY to keep elderly parents out of assisted living homes. Very little respect is given to them for the work they do to tend to the aging parents. Shameful

This community is beautiful, quiet (no freeway noise), well maintained, & just generally peaceful. It's certainly a hidden gem in Sumner.

The Imaginary committee of the lot police held every Tuesday @ 4 am in the common area table. The trash is never dealt with, as they should be, leaving the rest of us to suffer. Amazing how blind some are to being completely lied to. Violating our rights and the law under the covenant of peaceful enjoyment. Which can end and will with a lawsuit bc it is lawfully my right. Catering to one, with absolute no regards to others who are forced to deal with it daily. So if this is up your alley then this is your park. Yes it is a real law and most states have it and yes you can sue over it. Will add pics soon.

Great customer service! Park is getting many improvements and its peaceful. The manager I met KIM L. Is super professional and ethical. It May have been bad at some point in the PAST with past Management but CURRENTLY it's fantastic. From the time of application to the move on date all went flawless. Lots are cleaned and is close to 410 and hwy 167. Easy freeway access and near Fred Myers and shopping center including Star Bucks Mmmm... Coffee mad Tea!☕💛 They where able to accommodate our 34 FT RV. Full Hookups!

We have a 40' 5th wheel we stayed at the "Annex" (outside storage) area this is where you are supposed to stay until something opens up in the main park it has 30 amps only. We were there for 3 weeks had to leave because it was unlivable the sewer backed up black water was everywhere, something was wrong with the electrical. We were damaging appliances and blowing GFI circuits. Manager was rude and blamed us for his faulty systems. We left and couldn't give 30 days notice, I prepaid the month ahead, and he refused to refund that money. I wouldn't give any stars but couldn't post without.
