River Inn Resort & Conference Center

Stopped in for 2 days it was my first time and it is for sure a hidden gem to have a quite romantic getaway. The staff was all very nice and we had a good trip. I would recommend the river inn for anyone who would like a nice getaway on the river. The river inn also has a game room for kids and pool tables for adults a nice lounge and canoes and paddle boats. The rooms come with complete kitchens so you can also cook. Thank you river inn for everything we enjoyed our stay!

We love this lodge on the river. The river is so beautiful. And, the canoes added to the experience. The individually-owned cabin-like condos, on the river, displays each owner's individual cabin-like styles. Love looking out at the river at night, under the moonlight, as well as waking up each morning to the river view.

The room that we stay in needs some upgrades. The mattresses need replacing. I could feel all the lumps. The headboard was noisy and would hit the wall. The toaster didn’t work well unless you put it on #5. The furniture is pretty outdated. We were looking at some of the units around us and they were very nice. Room 126 through 128 were very nice and updated. Especially room 131. Next time I might suggest room 131 if available. But, overall our week stay was great. It was peaceful.

We have a family & friends reunion here every year. It is very beautiful & peaceful. We hang out in floats on the river & visit This year we got a very dated unit but there are some very updated rooms - it's just luck of the draw, and we really don't spend much time in it.

We absolutely love visiting the River Inn Resort! My wife and I make an annual trip to ride our motorcycle—well, mostly mine—on the scenic Three Sisters: Highways 335, 336, and 337. River Inn is our go-to place to stay. It's perfectly located on a beautiful road, and the staff is fantastic! Plus, there are some great dining options just a few minutes away in Kerrville. Each unit at River Inn is unique, as they are individually owned and rented out, giving them distinct character. The resort sits right on the river, offering easy access for canoeing, floating, and other water activities. The units come with well-equipped kitchens, complete with plates, cups, silverware, and more. While some beds are more comfortable than others, it's important to remember this isn't a 5-star hotel.
