Customer Reviews
Great accommodation, fabulous location one block away from the Main Street. And the staff were so friendly. We had a twin room which was a great size. Coffee making facilities would be nice but was available in reception 24-7 so not a big issue. Pool area and hot tub was welcome after hiking. Plenty of parking. The elevator was out of order when we stayed but that wasn’t an issue as there are only 3 floors and we were helped with our luggage on checkIn and checkout. Laundry just around the corner which was super helpful. All the amenities of Moab within walking distance and Arches NP less than 10 minutes drive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loved the hotel and loved Moab!
Newly renovated rooms- love that the floors are “hardwood” (vs carpet) which makes everything feel more clean, but unfortunately did not invest in soundproofing as we heard guests walking around in the room above us. Very clean overall, nice showers & comfy beds. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.
What we originally thought was a nice stay at a decent hotel turned incredibly sour when we received a call from the hotel after we had left. They called us as we were leaving Moab, accusing us of stealing a room number plate for a neighboring room on our floor. Incredibly baffled, we told them that we did not steal it as why the hell would we want anything to do with a random number plate of a hotel. Due to the spotty cell service in the area the call dropped as we were on the phone with the hotel, and by the time we called them back, they doubled down on their accusation and charged us an additional $300!!!! Furthermore, they said that they were contacting law enforcement to deal with the issue. This was after the manager stated on the phone that they saw me and my partner on CCTV "leani
Positive: Very clean, updated, and great location. Negative: The bed was just horrible. Hard as a rock and not in a nice, firm mattress way. Elevator not working, but third floor was the quiet floor they said, so had to haul items up the stairs
My wife and I stayed here one night. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a recently renovated room. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and quality of fixtures and attention to details in the rooms. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic. Additionally this hotel is within a short walk of the main strip of restaurants and shops but in a very quiet location at night.
