Ritz of the Smokies

My family stayed here back in July 2025 when it was being managed by American Patriot Group (APG). The home was not in great shape at that time and our family was treated terribly by the old property manager APG. APG did very little to help us when we were there and ultimately gave us a very insignificant refund compared to what we paid. APG even went as far to call my family bougie to the TN AG for relocating to a hotel due to issues in the basement at that time. My family was stunned as it was marketed by APG as luxury plus. I would recommend staying clear of any American Patriot Group property. Thankfully, the home owner was very upset about how things went for my family and also not happy with APG so they switched property managers to a wonderful group called Halara Hosting lead by

Luxury Plus we think NOT! This is the most disgustingly filthy, uncomfortable cabin we have ever stayed in, the only comfortable thing in this cabin is the beds. This place is filthy! Cleaning fee? For what...We had to clean the entire cabin before we could feel comfortable enough to stay. Just to find out that everything is broken and uncomfortable! We have been staying with American Patriot Getaways for many years but this cabin is nothing like the others we have rented. Starting with comfortablity, Our necks are all sore from staring up at the TV that is hung so high in the main livingroom with couches that have no back or neck support they also have odd white stains on them, the patio outdoor furniture is broken in the backyard and on the deck which has been wet the entire stay (rockin

We paid for a vacation to this cabin and now the owners will not honor it. They have moved to another property manager. Why don't they still have to honor those people who have already booked and paid!! Not sure why they can do this? Once it is booked they should HAVE to honor it no matter what property manager they choose to go to!!

Great getaway place. We spent about a week here. The views were great and the visiting bear was entertainment as well. Spacious and lots to relax. Pool, pool table, basketball, fireplace or even just site out on the deck and enjoy the mountain air. The property overlooks downtown Gatlinburg with the the Blue Ridge mountains in the background. Sunsets and sunrises were great when it wasn't raining.

I was just informed that after paying for this and planning a vacation for a year we can't stay here. The owners moved it to another property management and we got screwed... How this is possible is beyond me.
