Ripon Motel

Rented for a week and on 2nd day found bed bugs. Manager gave us refund for days we had left instead of full refund as we requested. Got very rude and confrontational when we told her how bad of a situation it was and the consequences for renting out rooms to customers knowing there are bugs in it. She said everyone there knows there’s bugs, the exterminator comes often, and nobody complains. SMH. This is the manager who said this and wouldn’t give us our full refund the owners wife! We had to pay for $120 for new luggage, Ubers to the laundromat, washing and drying our clothes. And none of that was reimbursed. We asked her to come look in the bedroom at the bed bugs on the mattress and even trying showing her video and pictures of it, she said “it’s ok I believe you.” All we were asking w

I gave it four stars because the price for a room is excellent. (Update: changed my overall ratings) Landlords/owners are cool but other than that, I can say they do have roaches, no heater & etc.

The managers here are really nice and helpful. Some of the rooms are in serious need of repair. But overall an inexpensive quiet place to stay

Love it!!!! Quite, peaceful, low key, and relaxing. Owners are helpful, and they are willing to work with you. The room I've gotten wasn't technically ready due to some construction issues, but after assuring them that I didn't mind at all, they let come on over. Very friendly business in a community that prides itself on a word of mouth basis. I'm very happy with them!!!!

You could really see how much effort they put into getting the room ready for for customers and how it's nice and quiet management is really great but it was good the motel was good quiet everybody kept to himself a little bit out of the way good it was a good day
