I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the breakfast provided in the morning. The meeting rooms were a good size. Easy pre-check-in experience.

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I've checked into this hotel and other la quinta locations many times. I've never been so disrespected by anyone before this night. I was told I needed to fill out additional info when I got there even though I had already fully checked in with all my information including scanning my ID and entering my vehicle information. I tried explaining to Janessa that I had already completed that. She told me I was wrong. When I tried explaining I check in quite a bit and I'm familiar with the process by now, she told me she didnt need my attitude. I then tried explaining I did not have an attitude and that I was calm and just trying to explain where I was coming from, she cuts me off to say she needs my signature. My husband and I work all over America, so sometimes we stay in hotels on weekends for convenience.We really liked this hotel, the cleanliness and comfort of the house, the breakfasts are very good for every taste, so if you are staying in a 3-star hotel, then it deserves more😊👍

Beautifully appointed room & immaculate . This chain is far superior to Holiday Inn Express , Hamptons or Days Inn .( and better priced) Full hot breakfast . Much more helpful staff for getting reservation & providing directions & assistance . Smiling & cheerful . Minimal charge for a pet . Hampton demanded $75!!! Staff is helpful & pleasant . Great location close to 99. Beds firm & good pillows . Very spacious room with fridg , microwave , desk , & dresser with TV. Nicely decorated too with wall paintings .
