Rio Luna Cottages

Awesome home in Medina. We stayed 3 nights while visiting my parents down the road. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, everything you need to cook in the kitchen even a washer/dryer for extended stays - the owners have made sure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. It was the perfect home for our family of four. It was also a nice touch to arrive to find some treats that had been left for us by Pablo and his wife after a long day of travel. There are restaurants nearby and you are centrally located to explore the TX hill country. We will definitely be back!

We arrived on Thursday and stayed through Sunday and enjoyed the cottage. The games provided were a hit with the kids inside and out. The deer came right up to the back door after spreading a little corn (provided) on the ground. The neighbor had chickens which were a little noisy in the morning but only on the outside of the cottage. The inside was very quiet, no road noise or chickens. The town of Medina is small and charming with most places closing early so make sure you have everything you need before sunset, otherwise be prepared to drive 20 miles down the road for a 24hr store. We really loved our time at Rio Luna and cant wait to stay again.

The coziest place. They’ve thought of every little detail here with the snacks and everything you need to cook. Just loved our stay here felt absolutely homey. The lights in the backyard are beautiful. Definitely recommend!
