Rim Rock's Dogwood Cabins

The location is perfect for quick access to several Shawnee trails. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. The cabins are beautiful and have everything you need, just bring your own food. There is a guest book, an in-cabin gift tree to purchase souvenirs, and a check-out checklist. Everything is labeled. We were only going to stay one night, but didn't want to leave after only one night. We will be back.

great cabins! on a nice small farm with a bunch of cute animals. in or near the Shawnee national forest so lots of hiking and outdoor stuff to do! would come back for sure

We were looking for somewhere to stay near the Shawnee National Forest and stumbled across Rim Rock Dogwood Cabins. Our stay was for one night in the Bear’s Den Cabin.||Overall rating: 5 out of 5.||Cleanliness: 5 out of 5. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The main bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Bathroom was small, but clean, same with the kitchen. ||Quality of stay: 5 out of 5. We loved the cabin from the second we stepped in the door. It is pretty private, even though there are other cabins on the property. The cabin did include an outside grill for use and a fire pit, there were also fresh eggs from the owner’s chickens.||We met the owner and she was very nice. We chatted about the property and her animals (she has a lot of animals) and the area. T

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it even more than the first! They have added a lot in the 5 years from our first stay to our last one. The location and on site options are wonderful. The service is top notch and so friendly! Even though the weather didn't cooperate with us we were able to enjoy such a relaxing time still! I highly recommend staying here at any of the cabins!

Had a great time. Quiet location, clean inside. Of course don't expect a 5* hotel accommodations, but all necessities were there. Kids had a blast petting farm animals. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend.
