Cedar Hill River Cabins

We stayed at Bentley's Lookout for three nights during Spring Break. Had a wonderful time. Cabin was super clean and afforded us everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped and all rooms were cozy. Loved the hot tub on the porch. At night we would watch the barges go by on the river right from the hot tub. Owners are super friendly and accommodating. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, Rim Rock, Pounds Hollow and other Shawnee National Forest recreation areas. Free ferry at Cave in Rock takes to you Amish country in Kentucky. Would absolutely recommend Cedar Hill River Cabins -- would love to go back in the fall to enjoy the changing foliage.

This place is the BEST!! We stayed at the River House, and it was perfect! Lots of beds, and rooms, for everyone in our party. The hot tub was wonderful, the kitchen was huge, and well stocked. It was so awesome, we're coming back this year, with even more people!

We will most definitely be returning! This place is beautiful! We stayed in Jaycee's Nest and pictures DO NOT do it justice! This cabin felt private and secluded, absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. Beautiful views and a cabin that makes you feel like you're home. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful attractions nature had to offer in the park. Amazing location. Thanks so much for the stay!

Wonderful stay! River House was so clean and nicely setup. We loved it and plan to return soon! The pool table in the office was a nice bonus. We saw whitetail deer and bald eagles everyday. The folks who own/run it are so nice and the reservations and check in is simple. Such a nice relaxing place to stay in beautiful Southern IL.

We stayed in Jaycees Nest in early spring. It was chilly but gorgeous. Beautiful clean cabin, hot tub on the front porch along with grill and fire pit. Pet friendly was a huge plus. We had a small glitch that could have been a vacation ruiner but Mandy problem solved with us and we had a very relaxing stay. I imagine the summer on the Ohio is a blast with these folks! We're definitely coming back🤍🥀🤍
