Rim Country Inn Payson

Totally remodeled since I was last here, 100x better. Love the contactless check in process. Everything was communicated clearly and seamlessly via email and text. This is easily the most modern hotel in Payson, not to mention the best value.

Positive: The quiet atmosphere and the bed Negative: Just the microwave was loud to open at 3am when I'm trying to fat kid without anyone knowing.

I wanted to share my recent and very disappointing experience with Rim Country Inn. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place due to their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to work with their customers. I had booked a stay at the last minute to visit my grandfather, who was in hospice care. Unfortunately, he passed away before I could get there. Despite the circumstances, Rim Country Inn refused to work with me or refund my money for the entire stay. Their rigid policies and refusal to accommodate my situation were disheartening. It's clear that their primary focus is on taking your money rather than providing compassionate and understanding service.

Great spot for the price! Noticeably remodeled inside and out, not seedy like some motels this price range. Has the simple stuff, no frills but provides what you need. Clean rooms. Easy check in and the code on the door is simple. Location is right off a main road which is good for convenience but you can hear traffic. Bed wasn't superb, but overall great value for the price. Would book again!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled and updated with beautiful accommodations. Location was marvelous. Walking distance to a wonderful little cafe for breakfast. Will be coming back again real soon. This will be our Payson place.
