Do not rent from this place. The prices they charge are ridiculous. The rooms are not worth what they charge. I've seen nicer rooms for the same price they charge for a room with a mini fridge TV and a bathroom and bed. They are over charging and it's not right. The staff is rude as hell. They charge ridiculous prices to do laundry to. $3-$5 per load. They charge $100 deposit. Housekeeping just doesn't care if you have kids. They will knock and knock til you answer. They will even enter if no one is there. The service is absolutely terrible. They will not even give you enough towels then when you say something about it they claim they gave back what was handed to them and that's a lie. We literally were always given one rag for 3 people when we handed them 2. People do not pay attention in

We arrived in Grand Island with nowhere to stay and this place seemed to look like the best one. The reception area gave us the impression that it was quite nice, but our room was awful. The key didn't work at first and we had to get another. It was small with old furniture but it was the bathroom that was the worst. The bath had paint splattered all over it and the bath was full of dirt and grime. The walls in the bathroom were also dirty and the whole room just felt unclean. It was obviously very cheap to stay here and we survived a night, but wouldn't stop here again.

I had a really nice stay here. The staff were very friendly and made check-in easy and welcoming. The room was super clean and cozy, you can tell they take pride in keeping things nice for guests. For the price, I was impressed. Clean and comfortable. Definitely a great value. I’d stay here again without a second thought

I recently stayed (3) nights in Rm #342, a single (queen) bed, second story room, & 7 nights in Rm #326, a single (queen) ground level room, which were both equipped w/ recent renovations. Personally, I preferred the second story room but settled on ground level room for my (7) day visit simplicity purposes. I am impressed the new owners took the time to make not only a cost-effective, environmentally friendly decision, but a decision which appeals to a audience: preserving the timeless tilework in the lavatory by far has been best choice my eyes I have seen yet. This place helps veterans from being homeless and is a lot more clean and people included, than what you would think from the past. Help them help Veterans.
