The Grand Island Extended Stay

I was planning on being here for 3 months for work. The day I moved in the tub and toilet were not clean there was fresh towels and clean sheets. Week two towels were refreshed along with sheets floor wasbnot swept or bathroom. I then went to dollar general and got my own cleaning supplies. (I work 12 hours a day 6-7 days a week, ) week 3 no towels no sheets no housekeeping service was done called office said they would get me towels....3 hours later still nothing down to 1 roll of toilet paper as well ....looking for another place to live....redicuose....

Rooms are small but they work. Everyone is very friendly and the weekly cleaning is wonderful. Kat does a great job. Home away from home while working. Office people super helpful and will work around any schedule. Those leaving ugly reviews should realize they are at an extended stay and not your mommas house

I am enjoying my stay so far! I didn't plan on being here, but it has been a very pleasant experience thus far, and everyone is very friendly! Even my neighbors. I'm not used to either after moving up here. Southern hospitality and all. Especially Texas. Everyone there you meet is a friendly neighbor and gracious to talk candidly "partner". Not so much here. Besides my doctors and nurses. Family, of course, too since they're transplants from Texas that moved here from Texas many years ago. Still? With in just a few mins here my first day? I had met so many of my neighbors, staff, and office people. All of them are extra friendly. The office lady Terra even placed someone on hold just to greet me, and I didn't even ask nor wished to. Rooms are a bit small but overall I am liking it more the longer I stay. I don't recommend connecting to the wifi; I recommend using your phone's hotspot if you can, the ac works and the water will get hot quickly, the lights are in good spots, there are plenty of electrical outlets, the staff is nice and helpful.

Great if you're in between places for a month or two. Priced well. Been there a thousand times but never stayed there so I can't speak for the service.
