The price per night is the attention grabber here, along with the spacious rooms. That is about it. The is basic, beds where comfortable. Really liked the streaming tv idea. Dislikes, the colors are too dark ,not enough interior lighting ( there were only 3 small light sources). There is no place to hang clothes, just drawers. When I made my family's reservations, I asked for jointing rooms or the room to be next door. This didn't happen. And , I was notified that it couldn't happen. So, thank goodness we had a two bed room studio. We put my elderly mother in law in with us. This led to canceling one room, I was then notified that due to company policy, I would not be refunded any of the cost. I discovered that the room was also rented out that night . So, they were double paid for one

I was working in the area, I was staying at the econo lodge up the street, which is nice. Anyway I paid for three nights when I arrived. On the second day i was told I needed to go to a different job, so the next morning I checked out (6 am). The man at the front desk said he would not refund me my money for the third day because I didn't tell him the day before. He sisd he couldn't sell the room for that day. Which is a lie because I checked out way before 11. I don't even know if that is legal. I didn't have time to argue with him. Thankfully my company re embursed me the money. I erge anyone going to waynesburg PA don't stay there the rooms are nasty, the showers have black mold in them. NASTY

We needed a room for the weekend to visit family in the area. I found this great price online and rented the two bedroom studio apt. since there were four adults. It had two separate bedrooms with a living room area/ kitchen area and of course bathroom. After I booked online I called our family to tell them and was told that place was a dump and I should not have booked there! Omg, I was so worried and we decided that if it was that bad when we got there that we would just go somewhere else to stay. BUT…. and I mean but…They must have renovated the place because my expectations were greatly exceeded! It was very nice and most importantly CLEAN. Wi-fi and tv worked great. The beds were comfy and shower had great water pressure. The only problems we had were that we saw a small amount of ant

Very clean, newly renovated rooms..they have a shop and restaurant on the building.Prices are very good! Please visit
