It's a fairly large trailer park. It could be a really nice place; however, there is a lot of drama and more garbage and dilapidated filth. There isn't anything or anywhere for children to play either. A playground with a pavilion would go a long way!!!
It's a cozy and quiet trailer park. Far enough from the highway you can't hear the big trucks or loud motorcycles. Looking for a place to rent or own? Or perhaps to park your camper for a few weeks, the new Jefferson Estates has exactly what you're looking for.
Layed out nicely ,well kept , good location in the country. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Don't know much about it. I was looking for a fixer upper and they have a couple just waiting on a return call for price
They need to reorganize the numbers to the trailers plus update some of the trailers too.
