Residence Inn by Marriott Youngstown Warren/Niles

The Residence Inn, Niles, OH is a great place to stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast had a varied selection of food and was well supplied by the very nice staff. From sign-in to check-out, all went smoothly. Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. I did use the exercise room which was very well maintained. I would highly recommend this location. Being next door to Eastwood Mall was an added bonus.

Hi Dee!|Thank you for your email. |We arrived at 10pm. The staff was friendly. No complaints there. |However the room’s cleanliness was disappointing. When we walked into the room we were overwhelmed with odor. It smelled like hot dogs or fried bologna and it did not go away. It was super strong and became nauseating. We were too tired to request a new room and I wasn’t sure there even was another one, it was a busy night. The plumbing fixtures were spotty and streaked and looked like there were cleaned with dirty water. We just drank out of our water bottles. That kind of made us skeptical to use any glasses provided. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot review that.

I would like to give a positive review for this hotel. I had an issue with my company & was not able to get some personal items back. I ended speaking with Nicholas & Daniel, where they were able to assist me to get them back. They were able to gather my stuff & ship it to my residence. I truly appreciate you guys & thank you. The rooms are also awesome and the location is superb!!

The service was very pleasant and prompt. The room is really nice and spacious and clean, huge plus for me. The location is perfect; close to everything including a nice mall.

During a difficult and uncertain time, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that kindness has stayed with us long after our stay ended.
