Days Inn by Wyndham Niles

It's a DAYS INN, NOT the Four Seasons or Grand Hotel. It's CHEAP, I paid less for 3 days/nights than it would've cost me to stay half a day in many of the other places around. I was VERY PLEASED that there were smoking rooms and that they were relatively clean, but by no means were they fit for surgical procedures! The shower was POLAR COLD to SOLAR CORONA HOT and you never knew when it would freeze you to a block of ice then melt you again...it just happened. They had excellent pressure, though. The rooms needed remodeled 65 years ago and it's immediately obvious the instant you enter the building. I was thoroughly satisfied with this stay. The family staff were very welcoming. There was confusion with my credit card and even then, the situation was handled professionally and Kindly. The owner Mr. Patel, is one of these sweetest people one would be honored to meet. His niece was also extremely helpful, nice and informative. She helped me figure out an issue I was having with another hotel. They provided complimentary coffee and continental breakfast bags. The room was clean, beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and I felt very safe. The Hotel was quiet and a hop, skip and jump away from A get go. The employees there are nice as well. Positive: It allows smoking in certain rooms. Negative: The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was garbage behind the night stand, and it was very obvious that it was not vacuumed.

It was fine for an inexpensive stop, but even though we were in a no smoking room, the smell of cigarettes permeates thru the halls. Room was clean and didnt really smell badly just outside.

I was being woken up by violent savage knocking on the walls by staff. The second that I closed my eyes during the day any time that I would try to nap, like they knew when I dozed off and wanted to dig into my chest with ice picks. If your like me Don’t stay here!
