Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville

From the check in process to check out, everything was wonderful. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, pool was actually heated and warm. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. Hotel had basketball court and outdoor seating with grill. There are restaurants near by , shopping and a movie theater. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Really nice room with full kitchen area and spacious living area. We missed the breakfast, thinking it ended at 9:30 but actually ends at 9AM firm. The decorations throughout are modern and the pool/gym area are amazing! The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, offering free bottles of water. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom super clean. Great water pressure in the bathroom, too.

This was one of the best business stays I have ever had. I was on business for a week and the suite aspect was a game changer. The suites are set up perfectly and offer the perfect amount of space. I cooked two of my dinners easily in the kitchen with all the provided tools. It feels like they thought of everything! I also thought the service was great - the house keepers came and cleaned more than I expected with such a long stay - I never had to ask for anything, which I think is pretty rare. Each morning I was also beyond impressed with the breakfasts. It is not a-la-carte, but knocks a continental out of the water with prepped breakfast sandwiches of all different types, several quiche types, and all the usual suspects as well. My recent stay at the Residence Inn in the Phoenixville/Collegeville area was almost flawless. The staff was professional, the room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere made for a very comfortable experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with care and efficiency. However, there is one area that definitely needs a modern touch: the laundry facilities. Currently, the machines are strictly coin-operated. In a world where most people rarely carry cash or quarters, it’s a bit of an inconvenience to have to hunt down change just to do a load of laundry. I would highly recommend that the hotel upgrade its laundry system to accept card or mobile payments. It would bring the amenities up to the high standard of the rest of the property.
