Residence Inn by Marriott Montgomery Downtown

I recently stayed at the Downtown Residence Hotel in Montgomery, and my experience was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to many local attractions and dining options, making it a convenient choice for anyone looking to explore the area. However, my stay wasn't without challenges. One of the most significant issues I faced was the HVAC unit in my room. It was unusually loud, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. The persistent noise detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, I encountered a few malfunctioning doors throughout the hotel that prevented access to certain areas. This was particularly frustrating given the uncooperative weather during my stay. She not only helped me secure a room after a flooded stay at another hotel but also demonstrated professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and exceptional accommodation. My valet experience with PMC and Brandon, the manager, was equally impressive. Thank you both for prioritizing the well-being of your guests when they’re away from home. The exceptional service and attention to detail at the Residence Inn Downtown Montgomery have made me a loyal customer, and I’ll definitely be staying there for all my future business trips.

Super clean and brand new! The front desk was able to accomodate a super early check in for me at 10am after I was traveling for more than 24 hrs and I couldn’t be more grateful

This hotel was great! The staff was great, tge valet was also great! Brandon was exceptional and provided excellent customer service! I will be back!
