Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island Holtsville

They have renovated and updated things since the last time I had to stay here. Now you have to pay for parking, which is kind-of-good because during my last visit here, I couldn’t find any open spaces around the hotel, had to park over inside the theater parking lot. When it comes to the room when I first checked into my room and noticed wrinkles deep in the duvet cover, then I politely asked for a new one and they made all the proper arrangements and made sure everything was clean to my liking and asked for my approval which I thought was great. I would love to give them five stars but because of that one small issue, I can’t. Let’s say 4.5 out of 5 overall. I almost forgot to mention that they keep a security guard in the lobby throughout the night and you can’t get in after dark unless

The room was spacious and clean. It was very nice to have a forest view. The night lobby attendant Ebinitu was phenomenal and very pleasant. The breakfast had great and delicious options every day. Wonderful hotel to stay for work or leisure.

We were very impressed with this Residence Inn. It was very clean & the buffet breakfast was wonderful. There was is so much variety to choose from. The room was very nice as it has a full kitchen & a lot of room. There were plenty of towels. All of the front desk staff were so friendly & helpful. Some of the ones we interacted with were Ebinoseta, Stephen, & Justin Sachez. We would definitely stay at this residence inn when we visit our family in Long Island.

Room was clean and janitorial service was outstanding! However the suite size and bed height was disappointing. The queen size bed was very low to the floor. Pictorial representation of the room miss leading. Breakfast was more than adequate; good for saving money before leaving for home or next leg of vacation
