This place is perfect. The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are wonderful. I stay here for business and pleasure quite often, and I am never disappointed. I am an IHG Member and to my surprise my visit last night was greeted with a free upgraded room from standard to a king size suite which was amazing, and a little care package complete with bottles of water and snacks. The room was amazingly super clean and like my own little apartment. Love the Sonoma Grill for some drinks and great food attached to the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will continue to patronize this lovely place repeatedly.
The hotel was clean and the people who worked there were very nice. Free coffee in the lobby was good. Rooms were clean. The only issue was that room 216 and 218 faced the road and heard the traffic.
Positive: I only chose the hotel for the price. Overall the quality of Holiday Inn has been going down. Like Red Roof Inn. I'm not loyal to either one anymore. Housekeeping need to be more humble and do a better job Negative: House keeping in a rush to do a job that mediocre. Getting an attitude at my door.There was a piece of chip at the edge of the bed and hair on one of the towels...I couldn't use it... YUCK🤮
I have stayed at this hotel several times when traveling for work. The manager is doing a great job here. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly, efficient and accommodating. I hope corporate is making note of the dynamic of this staff.
This property is a hidden gem nestled pretty much in the center of Long Island accessible to everything at you fingertips… we were greeted courteously by the front desk concierge who promptly place us in a room on the third per our request … the room was cozy and super clean… we felt high at home away from home. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel the “Sonoma Grill was such a convenient add on to our expertise. Food was excellent; portion was large and the service was also exceptional. I highly recommend this local for any eager traveler!
