Customer Reviews
Great hotel for work or vacation! I had an extended stay work trip and the in room kitchen was a lifesaver. I was able to save money and eat healthier by using it. It comes fuller equipped, however I recommend buying/bringing your own knife if you’ll be cutting anything like sweet potatoes. Their knives are understandably dull. The kitchen also comes with a dishwasher and free dishwasher soap. Don’t worry about buying dish soap or sponges, the front desk has both. The staff was super nice and the amenities were enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here! Walking distance to a ton of locations.
Suites provided plenty of space. Staff were helpful, even when very busy. A short walk to Sphere and the strip. Several reasonably priced, off-strip restaurants within short walk. Outside Pool and hot tub, fire pit, exercise room, laundry on site. Small shop of essentials in the lobby. Free breakfast, heed the signage about busy times, it can be challenging to find a seat when the hotel is packed.
We’ve stayed here before and this time the property felt … shabby. Unclean carpets. White spray paint on the bathtub. Nothing horrendous, just in need of some attention. |The front desk was absolutely helpful. The convenience store was wayyyy overpriced. |Breakfast was inedible (albeit free).|So while there are no fundamental issues which would prevent our return, they definitely need to pay attention to detail. |Bed FELT clean … let’s hope. Hot water plentiful and strong. That hotel-vision TV is wonky and a bit cumbersome. Just give the guest regular cable. |I hated that we had to wear socks in our room and they turned black … yuck. Hall carpet looked worse.|In the end, friendly service goes a long way with me, and if they can iron out the kinks, this will once again be a top choice.|Very
I only stay for one night because of my flight transfer coming in late. I’m staying with friends for the week, but I will book another room at the end of the week before my departure. It’s pretty views at night! Every corner of the hotel has a nice view from the windows. The breakfast and pool access our convenient, but I don’t quite understand up to four people up per room for breakfast (too busy). My son can visit to swim before I check out. I see all of the employees working very hard and politely with the traffic flow considering this aspect. Super clean spaces and nice room setups, which remind me of the flat I used to live in downtown. Kudos to the front desk and convenience station in the lobby. Trip.com stated resort fees, of which there are none (except overnight parking). My next
Nice hotel in safe area with plenty of parking and services nearby. Friendly staff. Some furniture could use an update in the room. Bed was fine. I would recommend.
