Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Worth Cultural District

I had an amazing 4 days in Fort Worth here at the Residence Inn! I've never been to Texas before, and the experience from this location was amazing! So much to walk to, from restaurants to grocery stores to museums. There's even a park with a nice duck pound right across the road. The room was very nice, I have no complaints. Front desk staff were all very friendly. Carl in particular was very accommodating and easy to talk to. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure be staying here again!

We loved our stay so much! This hotel is kind of nestled in which i think helps keep it quiet. It was so clean it felt like no one else has ever been in our room! Its nice walking distance to bars/restaurants. The bed is amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was delish! 1000% will be back again.

I travel quite a bit and have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, so I’ve had the chance to experience many hotels across the country. Without hesitation, I can say this Marriott has truly been the best. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Mia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—she greeted me with such a pleasant and genuine attitude, which immediately set the tone for my entire stay. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so comfortable right away, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for me. The breakfast team deserves recognition as well. The young lady working in the kitchen this morning was attentive, kind, and extremely helpful. She took the time to check in

We were victims of a theft in our room: a wide-angle and telephoto lens from a camera were left on the coffee table. The very unpleasant staff did nothing to genuinely help us. They completely denied that anyone could have entered the room while we were out.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for almost a month now, and I can’t seem to ever have hot water to take a shower. I’ve had maintenance take a look only to let me know that their water heater is running. I’d understand if it happened a couple of times, but I’ve had to maintain a daily routine of running the water for over 20 minutes just to wait for the water to get hot. This is getting ridiculous. Oh and there’s only 1 washer, and the dryer never fully dries your clothes after spending $2 for one load.
