Room was good typical Residence inn King suite. Very clean room. We were there on a night that really did not require the HVAC to heat or cool. Our only wish was that the fan would have circulated air better The service was extremely good - both the front desk receptionist and the breakfast staff were excellent. With respect to breakfast, the eggs were hot, the sausage cooked just right, and the staff kept the food and waffle batter coming. Tiauna had a bright smile and welcoming personality - great way to start the day and a real plus for hospitality! The front desk receptionist welcomed us, recognized our titanium status, and had the room ready for our early (before 3 pm) arrival. She also was able to answer our questions about a local restaurant (Caribbean Jacks) on the water an

I stayed one night at the Residence Inn Daytona Speedway Airport and was genuinely impressed. My mini suite had way more space than I needed—full kitchen with a stove, full-size fridge, microwave, sink, garbage disposal, and even a dishwasher. The living room had a dedicated office area, the queen bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had a separate vanity and closet. Everything was spotless.||The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a Marriott in a while—two kinds of eggs, an egg station, two waffle makers, yogurts, fresh breads, muffins, coffee, and juices. It really felt above and beyond.||The airport shuttle was fast—literally five minutes—and the driver was incredibly kind and professional, even in the Florida heat, wearing

My wife and I stayed 6 nights here for our anniversary in September. We had booked a regular/smaller suite but on the 2nd day we had an issue with ants. When we complained to the front desk, Contrella was super apologetic and immediately offered to move us to another room. Not only did she move us, but she upgraded us to a 1-bedroom suite! We had absolutely no issues after that. The room was wonderful. It was super quiet at the end of the hallway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The breakfast was wonderful! All around, it was a wonderful stay! I can't say enough about how wonderful Contrella was! She checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. She always had a smile on her face and was very patient with the new employee she was training. This woman deserves a raise!

The room was spacious and clean. Every member of the hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It was a very nice stay- pillows were perfect! Breakfast was excellent. So many choices and the food was all fresh. Clean and welcoming staff is what was the most important to me- everything else was just a very pleasant bonus!

I am writing this as a long-time, loyal guest who stays at this property frequently for business. This has consistently been our preferred hotel in Daytona Beach due to its location and overall comfort. We visit often enough that we know the evening staff by name, as we typically arrive late at night or in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, our most recent stay revealed a level of service that falls well below the standards expected of a typically $200+-per-night hotel — and certainly below the standards associated with the Marriott brand. After driving five hours following a full day of business, we arrived at approximately 2:00 a.m. Upon entering the lobby, we found the front desk agent, Kevin, seated on a couch with his feet up using his cellphone. The second agent, Sam, was seat
