Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Westford

Bed is too soft. Service was just ok, not very helpful as I tried to change a room to a more expensive one (and I would like to pay the difference, not for free) but failed. Not sure if it’s the Trip.com issue or hotel issue. But I found it quite non-sense because why would you not allow people to pay more for upgrading when there are vacant rooms.

I booked a King one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed for my stay because I was traveling with my child. The room had NO sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sofa bed (which is odd considering that the reservation was for THREE individuals and the room included a sofa bed…first time experiencing having NO linens or pillows for the sofa bed). When I went to the front desk to request linens and pillows for my child, I was told that I could have a sheet and a blanket but that they had given out ALL of their pillows and didn’t have anything to provide to me for my toddler. When pushed for a solution, we were told they could give us a second blanket that we could roll up like a pillow, which was ridiculous. This was possibly the best non-luxury hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was clean & spacious. The pull-out sofa was comfortable. The rest of the hotel was well-maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast was well-stocked and had quality food. We wished we could have stayed more than one night.

Used this place while we were having a house renovation. Clean, friendly staff and decent breakfasts. We had a 2 bedroom suite for a family of four and it was definitely better than joining hotel rooms. The kitchen is basic but well stocked.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the respect and care shown by the entire staff, especially housekeeping. As a pet owner, I deeply appreciated their patience and consideration for my dogs. They always wait for me to confirm that my dogs are out of the room before entering, ensuring an stress-free experience for both me and my pets. The front desk team is exceptional, with Mary, Darwin & Danielle always greeting me with warmth and friendl
