Hampton Inn & Suites Westford-Chelmsford

The Hampton Inn & Suites Westford-Chelmsford is elevated well above the average hotel experience by its absolutely outstanding service — the staff here are exceptional, genuinely warm, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure every guest feels taken care of. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back. The rooms are clean and comfortable but fairly standard and could use some updating. The location is average — convenient with a car but not particularly central to much. The service alone makes this property stand out significantly in the area.

Stayed here while in town for a family obligation. From check-in to check-out every employee that I came in contact with was friendly and hospitable. ||The room was nice, the housekeeping team did a great job as the room that I stayed in was very clean. The decor is that of an older Hampton, but it looks like the carpet is newer-and the large TV seems newer, too. Upon check-in I had an issue with the A/C which I was able to correct myself to get the A/C working, but it cut off again during the night resulting in a late night/early morning tinkering. Once I got it to going again it kept on, and kept the room comfortable, but was noisy. I found the bed to be too firm for my liking, and my pillows were lumpy, which didn't really make for the best night sleep. Someone who likes a very firm bed

Booked 4 rooms months ahead of time said no problem they will all be close then tried to put us on different floors at arrival. Breakfast was empty, no food out of everything, even milk... Waited 40 min for eggs and bacon to be refreshed before giving up. no towels at the pool 2 days in a row. This location is wholly unprepared to have guests. If you need 4 walls and a roof you're in luck cause thats all you get. You'd be better off at a cheap motel...

Positive: The friendly staff Negative: It advertised pool and that is why I booked but there is not pool open to use also breakfast was very lacking

Very nice accommodations and best breakfast included. Wonderful staff. A little off of the main road but easy access to restaurants and shopping
