Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel

The hotel is a one year old oceanfront (as advertised) property that is absolutely MAGNIFICENT! The pool/bar area is exactly what you would expect from a 5 star property. However, what is best is the staff. I was here last weekend and had such a wonderful experience that I came back the following weekend. As I was checking in, I was immediately recognized as a return guest by the weekend supervisor, Eddie. The hotel is 5 star in a 5 star location, but the staff, like Eddie, makes it a 10 star experience!

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, the customer service at the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel was outstanding. The valet team was welcoming and professional, setting the tone for an incredible stay. Check-in was seamless thanks to Keith and Eddie—they were friendly, efficient, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Waking up to that view was pure perfection. Everything about this stay was top-tier. I honestly never want to leave! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury beach getaway with exceptional service.

This hotel was magnificent and the views were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I woke up to the most incredible sunset and during the day, I worked outside by the pool with incredible beach views!!! The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful. The bartender was super fun and accommodating. The only issue I had was that the internet was out for at least 6 hours. It was only a problem because I was getting ready for a presentation the next day. Had I not had my hotspot with me, it would have been a significant issue because there's not much nearby by way of places to sit and work. The surroundings overall aren't excellent, but I'm hopeful that there will be some revitalization done soon. I would absolutely visit this hotel again. Absolutely phenomenal!! I just recently had my wedding here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The views are gorgeous and the property is so tastefully designed and decorated. The staff was the definition of amazing hospitality. From Bryon at the front desk the the gentleman at valet (I can’t remember his name but he was blonde with a smaller build). They took care of me and all my wedding guests so professionally. I did not have a single guest complain of anything. Once I went to my suite to get ready moments later Bryon came up with some fruit and a drink. The best service I have ever received! (Small detail but it’s definitely worth mentioning that the fruit was even cute beautifully). I fell like all the staff had amazing attention to detail. From housekeeping making sure that th
