This facility is for the budget minded. No pool, but the price is right.||||The room was clean - the bathroom was large and clean.||||The bed was king size and firm.||||The owner/operators were very caring. Not many operators would offer to change the location of our room simply because we were on a motorcycle.||||For the budget minded traveller there is nothing wrong with this facility.

I called on a Friday to ask about weekly rates so I could compare to other hotels in Hobbs. Wanted the best price. After comparing and deciding to book a room here I called back on Saturday morning. I spoke with the same lady that I had spoken with on Friday. I asked her again about the weekly rate to make sure I was getting the price I was quoted. I said I'm calling about weekly rate price she interrupted me and "said I've already talked to you. " Even though they were the best deal I took my $1400 and gave it to a hotel that actually didn't mind my questions and did appreciate my business.

Horrible wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!! Husband is working and the people next to him hit in a fight and had the cops called out and they kicked my husband out too, saying he was part if it and even had the neighbor on the other side of his room vouch for him saying he has nothing to do with it and then STILL made him leave....WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND HIM HIS MONEY THAT HE HAD ALREADY PAID.....coward wouldn’t even come out if his room to talk to him, he sent out some girl and still refused......

Spent five weeks here & the place was very nice. The people was very friendly, made sure everything was good & what we needed. The rooms were taken care of very nicely. I enjoyed my time here & if ever back this way to be welcomed back to.
