So many of these reviews are absolutely ignorant, we're in a poor part of Daytona and it's one of the most affordable places you're going to find. I've been here for just shy of 2 months, have seen NO bed bugs in either of our rooms nore has anyone I've talked to out here said they had them. The first room was a little small and I'll admit the cleaning could have been done a little better but how hard is it for you/I to pick up a broom and a rag and get it done, you can't expect Hilton level for as low as $350 a week. The owner Mike is such a kind and understanding person and definitely helped us in a time of desperation. We just moved into a different and updated room and it's gorgeous with plenty of room. Dirty,Weekend DRUG DEN for (local ???) dealers! Management does not care! They will rent to anyone apparently and not clean the room afterwards.Housekeeping just quickly made our beds and did not change the sheets before i rented this nightmare. Friday night started here with 3 Noisy "urban thug type" guests constantly roaming the walkways from the front to the rear parking areas .Same guests were Slamming room doors and loudly talking over tv's with volume turned up to near full blast. Our Older,80's decorated, dirty room has a strong mold odor and some kind of tiny cockroaches. Missing one tv remote(2 tv's??),and no towels or wash clothes were present. Very nice staff I've been back there to rent four or five times just because I like the staff. The rooms are nothing fancy and the bathroom doors open into the bathroom so you have to try to get around the door to get to the shower. The staff will correct any problem you have quickly. It has the best price on the strip and the beach.

Rented room here. Dropped off things and quickly went for some food. When we returned to the room there were roaches, TV didn't work and there was no trash can. I requested a refund or atleast the room be discounted. They refused to discount or refund. Instead we had the managers husband come in the room spraying and flinging bug spray around the room with our belongings right there. Was a terrible idea to stay here. Never again. I donot ever recommend this place. There are way better and nicer motels out there for the same price.. donot rent a room here. U will have a bad experience.

First of all , I get into the room and it’s disgusting, leaves everywhere . I then put my stuff down to use the bathroom and I noticed there was roaches on the wall , so now I’m in a dirty place with little friends that watch you use the bath room. They have a mini fridge in the room , so I open it there is black mold. The tv didn’t work and there was no remote. We told the people about the entire room, gave them a detailed run threw on their room. Couldn’t get a refund , couldn’t get a discount. It was too late. I had to sit in this disgusting room that smelt like someone had actually died in it. I was not at all pleased with my service and definitely do NOT recommend this dump they call a motel!
